Frequently Asked Questions
We understand you may have questions about your visit. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions to help you feel informed and at ease.
What are the costs involved?
What should I expect during my visit?
Your visit is centered on you. You will meet one-on-one with a trained nurse in a private, respectful setting where we take the time to understand your health history, concerns, and goals.
Based on your needs, you may receive recommended preventive services, such as HPV screening. We will clearly explain each step before proceeding, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable.
We also offer bundled service options, designed to combine essential preventive screenings and consultations into one coordinated visit. These bundles provide greater value, reduce the need for multiple appointments, and ensure you receive comprehensive, high-quality care in a streamlined and cost-effective way.
If additional care is needed, our team will guide and coordinate your next steps—whether that includes a telehealth consultation with a physician or a follow-up visit. Our goal is to make your experience seamless, supportive, and personalized, while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Are there age requirements for services?
Yes, our services are available to women aged 18 and older and are focused on preventive and routine care.
Please note that our clinic does not provide emergency or urgent care services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room, such as LBJ Tropical Medical Center.
If you are unsure whether your concern is urgent, we encourage you to contact our team and we will help guide you to the appropriate level of care.
How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?
We recommend booking your appointment at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. For services that require coordination with visiting physicians, additional scheduling may be needed, and our team will guide you through that process.
