Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a typical appointment?
Appointment times vary depending on the services you receive, but most visits take approximately 45–60 minutes. If you are receiving bundled services or multiple screenings, your visit may take a bit longer to ensure you receive complete, high-quality care without feeling rushed.
Are walk-ins allowed?
We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure timely service and availability. However, we may be able to accommodate limited walk-ins based on capacity. If possible, please call ahead so we can best support your visit.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We operate on a self-pay model and accept major forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Flexible payment options and sliding scale fees for eligible SNAP and WIC participants are available. Our team will clearly review all costs with you before your visit.
Do you accept personal insurance?
At this time, Tasi Le Ola Women’s Clinic is a self-pay clinic and does not accept private insurance plans.
How is my privacy protected?
Your privacy and confidentiality are fundamental to the care we provide. Our staff are trained in HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards and follow strict protocols to safeguard your personal and medical information.
We use a secure electronic medical record (EMR) system to manage your health information, ensuring accurate, efficient, and protected record-keeping. Patients also have access to a secure online portal, available through our website, where you can safely view your records, receive results, and communicate with our care team.
All systems and processes are designed to maintain the highest level of data security, so you can feel confident that your information is handled with care, respect, and discretion.
